Follow-up visit (50 minutes): $135
Parent Consult (45-60 minutes): $135
No Show/Late Cancellation: $75

If I am not in-network with your insurance company, please call your insurance provider directly to inquire about out-of-network benefits. I can provide you with a receipt for services to submit to insurance to request reimbursement; however, I cannot guarantee that you will receive reimbursement from your insurance.
Payment
Cash, Check, HSA debit, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour advance cancellation notice is necessary or you’ll be charged to pay $75.
