Young Adult Therapy

The willingness to show up changes us. It can change people around us. It can change the world
— Brene' Brown

Being a young adult—roughly ages 18 to 30—comes with exciting opportunities, but it can also feel overwhelming. Balancing school, work, relationships, and figuring out who you are can leave anyone feeling stressed, unsure, or stuck. Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space for both men and women to explore these challenges, find clarity, and build confidence for the future.

In therapy, you can:

  • Manage stress, anxiety, or feelings of sadness

  • Navigate friendships, relationships, and social pressures

  • Explore your identity, values, and sense of self

  • Adjust to life transitions like college, work, or living independently

  • Set personal goals and develop skills to handle life’s ups and downs

*faith based counseling available upon request

You don’t have to figure it all out alone—at Birch and Bloom there is a space to be heard, understood, and supported as you grow into the life you want.
